No Returns or Exchanges After Delivery

• Once an order has been delivered and opened, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
• To maintain hygiene and product integrity, we do not accept returns on perfumes or related items.

Order Issues & Damaged Products

We ensure that every order is carefully packed before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number.
• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
• A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and assist you accordingly.

Cancellations & Modifications

• Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.
