2. Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.
• Prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and include applicable taxes.
• Payments must be made at checkout using the available payment methods on our website.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across the UAE within 2 to 5 days.
• A delivery fee of 20 AED applies to all orders below 199 AED. Orders above 199 AED qualify for free delivery.
• Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will keep you informed.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

• No returns or exchanges are allowed once an order is delivered and opened.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours with proof (photos & order details).

5. Cancellations & Modifications

• Orders can be cancelled or modified only before shipping.
• Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
